🚀 Role Overview: SEO Success Manager 🚀
At Botify, customer success is paramount. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented SEO Success Manager (SSM) to guide and empower our clients in leveraging the Botify Platform to achieve their business objectives. As an SSM, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and managing the post-sales lifecycle for your portfolio, from initial onboarding through project execution. Through your dedicated partnership, clients will maximize the value of their Botify investment, driving project success, retention, and expansion.
This role demands a deep understanding of Technical SEO for enterprise e-commerce websites, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique SEO strategies and develop tailored success plans that align with their needs and objectives, utilizing the Botify platform.
- Training: Identify key customer use cases and deliver customized training sessions to various levels and functions within client organizations.
- Platform Configuration: Configure crawl and render settings, develop custom reports, and co-create business logic to meet specific client requirements.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful implementations. Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively monitoring progress and addressing any emerging issues.
- Platform Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' technical inquiries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, coordinating with our technical support team as needed.
- Best Practices: Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their use of Botify products, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of client configurations, customizations, and project details. Develop user guides and training materials as required.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends in SEO and search engine technology. Share your knowledge with the team to foster collective expertise.
- Voice of Customer: Provide valuable feedback to our product team, including feature requests and suggestions for product enhancements.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an in-house SEO role for a large website or at an agency, encompassing all facets of SEO from high-level strategy to technical implementation.
- A strong grasp of search engine crawling behavior and its impact on traffic and revenue.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with common SEO tools, including Google and Bing Search Console. Web Analytics experience is essential, and Botify Analytics experience is a plus.
- An intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Some background in project management, ideally as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager.
- Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfort with technical concepts and a demonstrated ability to learn new technology applications.
Compensation:
- Up to $100,000 yearly base salary + bonus
